Award-Winning Landscape: Residential Transformation

PROGRAM

A backyard putting green course, beautiful water features, and numerous fire features make up a truly one-of-a-kind landscape design. We applied our artistic vision and architect expertise to create an outdoor space that can be enjoyed by just a small group in addition to larger social gatherings.

DESIGN

The homeowner requested an outdoor space that would offer private areas by the home while also offering space suitable for hosting nonprofit activities. We kept the indoor living space in mind as we designed the outdoor space, ensuring that the two seamlessly blended together.

A paver walkway encircles a vibrantly green course for chipping and putting. The landscape design also includes outdoor fireplaces, a fire bowl, contemporary water features, pergolas, outdoor lighting, and plantings.

The central area for entertaining is covered by pergolas that provide vertical interest to the space. Planting beds with natural stone edging were incorporated into the design to add form, texture, and color. Outdoor lighting allows for clear visibility in the evenings, providing an opportunity to host social gatherings at any time of the day or night.

CONSTRUCTION

FireSky is a unique design and build company with both a Landscape Architecture license and a Landscape Construction license. For all our projects, we partner with a landscape contractor and various subcontractors to produce quality work. This project involved the collaboration of the homeowner, to create a multipurpose outdoor space that meets various needs.
