Award-Winning Landscape: Residential Front & Back Yard

PROGRAM

Native landscaping provides a fitting backdrop to this front yard and backyard renovation. A resort-style outdoor living space gives swimmers a place to hang out after a dip in the inground pool and spa. The front yard of this two-acre landscape offers a sense of privacy within expertly crafted masonry walls.

DESIGN

We designed the front yard with protection and privacy in mind—the curvilinear aspect of masonry walls along the perimeter serves as security and fencing that forms the courtyard area. A pergola creates a smooth transition from the outdoor area to the indoor living areas of the home. And a stunning natural stone water feature with waterfalls adds character and style to the space. 

Designed to make the most of the surrounding view, the backyard’s spacious paver pool deck offers plenty of room for sitting back on chaise lounge chairs, in addition to shade structures and an outdoor kitchen. A luxurious fire bowl is surrounded by built-in seating walls, providing the perfect place to gather by the flames. The summer offers constant blooms from the native plantings. 

CONSTRUCTION

FireSky is a unique design and build company with both a Landscape Architecture license and a Landscape Construction license. For all our projects, we partner with a landscape contractor and various subcontractors to produce quality work. This project involved a meticulously built water feature, connecting walkways, and stunning landscape features.
