This stands in sharp contrast to most traditionally structured design/build firms who task inexperienced, uneducated “designers” with planning your project so their company can focus on its core priority - winning the construction portion of the project. Proper design is, unfortunately most times, an afterthought.

At standard design/build firms, designs are often provided “free” in hopes of landing the construction revenue.
